Hmm... looks like someone needs tutorials:
List of things you shouldn't do:
1: Start with details
2: Draw with missing body parts unless you did it on purpose
3: Use outlines with no 3D effects(flat or non detailed) if you wanna be better in art

List of things you should start with:
1: Draw the stick figure to start
2: Draw a cross in the head for a face
3: Draw balls for elbows, nee(s), shoulders, hands and bottom part of the neck on the stick figure and draw five lines each hand
4: Pipe up the stick figure in the limes and neck(make sure to make an oval on the hips and external lines on tho body from the hips to the shoulders, it should look like half of an up side down triangle) draw 2 circles and 1 oval in one for the hands to be well formed(oval on top, circles in the bottom, 4 lines on the oval, 1 shorter line for one of circles for a thumb)
5: Give muscles or draw details
6: Draw the eyes on top of the horizontal line of the cross, the ears should be in the same level of the eyes
7: The nose has to be in the upper bottom of the cross, and the mouth should be in the lower bottom of the cross
8: If you want your dude to be in action you must draw the body parts bigger for a close up or smaller for far away
9: the lines should be shorter and the body parts bigger or smaller at the action situation depending on the character's position to make the character look like he's coming right at you. Example: He's gonna punch you: witch the fist is drawn bigger and the stick arm is shorter for the detail

You never draw a nose and the ears and it's just drawn so poorly and it looks like you're trying to draw anime.

Well, I got somethin' for ya, anime is never poorly drawn, it's always been detailed and well formed unlike american cartoons, anime cartoons are one of most developed cartoons ever known. Because seriously, if you drew that and it suppose to be anime you're insulting anime. If I'd live next to you I would show you my drawings(if you underestimate me it means you never saw my drawings so it's better to keep your mouth shut if you haven't seen my drawings yet, bub)
